Brilliant.

There was a slight hiccup with the large order and unfortunately Yennefer got replaced with a duplicate. Accidents happen. But after a quick email was sent I received notification that Yennefer was being sent to me. Happy with the service and will use PPJoe in the future. It didn't feel like a huge organisation where you're passed from pillar to post, everything was handled in a prompt manner.
